As RubyHaus, Inc. has continued to expand in the Cincinnati region, trying to manage various support requests across emails, texts and more was getting too cumbersome, so we have introduced this portal as a way for our clients to better reach us and track progress on various requests.
If you're new to the portal and wish to track the progress of your requests, simply click the "Sign in" link at the top and you'll see a "New to RubyHaus, Inc.?" section with a Sign Up link. Click that to register and you'll be able to login and track any of your own requests or requests you have been copied on by support staff.
Not interested in tracking progress? No problem! Continue to email your support requests to email@example.com and we'll respond through there, with nothing more than email required for your responses!
